CAT ISLAND DIVING the best place to dive is off the southern portion of the island. There are two dive operations based in the south, Hawks Cay, and Greenwood Inn. There is a full service dive center at the greeenwood inn where you can become PADI-certified. And the divemaster can take you off the southern coast, where the Greenwood Inn is located. HAWK'S NEST DIVING Snorkeling to becoming a Dive Master - everyone has a place at "Dive Cat Island". "Dive Cat Island" is an extraordinary amenity at Hawk's Nest Resort and Marina. We are a full service PADI Dive operation and have been since 2000. The Dive Shop is only a quarter of a mile south of the clubhouse and the dive sites are a stone's throw away from the shore. We take off around 10 am for a 2-tank dive every day.
